Abstract
Q&A (question and answer) is an important aiding tool for people to obtain information from the Internet. We introduce CBR (case based reasoning) into a traditional Q&A system and put forward an interactive Q&A engine. This engine uses keywords of the question to trigger case and sorts the results by the relationship; meanwhile the engine obtains feedback from the user and modifies the weights of the keywords immediately. We present a feature-weight maintenance algorithm to increase the accuracy. Furthermore we extend the 2-layer architecture of CBR to 3-layer to make the system more scalable and maintainable.
