Analytic approach to IP3 influence on pulse shaped digital signals in a multi carrier non-linear systems
Abstract :
IPn are well-defined parameters describing a communication circuit´s nonlinearity. RF engineers uses mostly IP3 and some times also IP5 factors when calculating amplifiers as well as total lineups - unwanted in-band output products, by providing more then one tone to the system input. This article suggests a total analytic approach for calculating nonlinear distributed IP3 products, in a single or multi signal lineup.
