  • Abstract
We introduce a new method for change detection and 3D locating in real-time image sequences. The method includes bit-planes difference and projected matrix spatial locating algorithm. Compared with other pixel level change detection methods, this method provides an advantageous performance in speed, accuracy and robustness.
