Abstract :
Channel mismatch in an adaptive array may severely degrade the performance of interference rejection. The conventional adaptive channel compensation method requires lots of taps if there exist many mismatched channel ripples across the band. Thus it is difficult for this method to process in real time. An adaptive channel compensation based on bandwidth partitioning is proposed. The new method can greatly reduce computational load without sacrificing performance, which is verified by computer simulation.
