Abstract :
CSTR is a sort of broad-using reactor in the polyreaction industry. The former experimental method can only control the equipment on a native computer using PID or bang-bang arithmetic. A new network-control method is put forward in this paper. The program uses a Winsock module and inserts an assembling language in the bottom layer to control the equipment on the server computer using CMAC. On each client computer in the LAN it can realize off-line simulation, on-line data sampling, control command transmission and real-time graph monitoring. The method realizes remote intelligent control in large-scale and enhances the equipment efficiency and experimental effect.
