Abstract :
We announce a sufficient condition for a bang-bang extremal ξˆto be a strong local optimizer for the minimum time problem with fixed endpoints. Strong local optimizer means that ξˆjoins the two given points in time less than the time needed by any other trajectory belonging to a state-neighborhood of ξˆ.
