Abstract :
An automatic frequency and Q tuning technique suitable for gigahertz active-LC bandpass filters is presented. An active-LC filter is designed to evaluate the tuning scheme. The circuit is designed using TSMC 0.35 μm process. Simulation results show a frequency tuning error of 0.2%, and Q tuning error of 2.1%.
