Abstract :
An on-chip undersampling delta modulator capable of capturing GHz-range signals is designed and simulated successfully in a 0.25 μm CMOS process. It converts high-frequency periodic waveforms into low-frequency images. When combined with device under test, it greatly facilitates the signal timing measurement.
