  • Abstract
    The phase noise resulting from white and flicker noise in a BJT amplifier and LC oscillator are investigated. HSPICE, ELDO RF, and SPECTRE RF simulations of phase noise resulting from the random-phase flicker and white noise have been performed and demonstrated. The simulation results are compared with the experimental result reported in the literature.
