Abstract :
The conventional control method of active power filter is based on the instantaneous reactive power theory. But the performance of this method is affected by the distortion of source voltage. To overcome the problem, this paper presents a novel control method based on dead-beat current control with fixed switching frequency. The results of both simulations and experiments are presented.
