Abstract :
The concept and method of robust design of a multi-cavity narrow bandpass filter are forwarded by taking into consideration film system tolerances. Theoretical analyses are expatirated and a group of optimized thin film systems is reached. The result shows it has large layer thickness tolerance, and is thus not sensitive to manufacturing errors, and is also beneficial for the coating process.
