Abstract
Advances in new and emerging network and service architectures based on highly dynamic infrastructures require new management paradigms and associated frameworks. To cope with the dynamic nature of these new infrastructures, we present the outcome of a first experiment in building a management framework using a peer to peer service and network infrastructure and illustrate its potential for the management of future beyond 3G networks and services.
