Abstract :
Network management is a difficult task; it gathers several functional areas, among them the fault management and the quality of service management. The current tendency of the searchers and the experts in networks management and the quality of service goes towards the definition of management systems that are able to take charge of the heavy task of management; These techniques am based primarily on the artificial intelligence. We introduce a new concept, that of the domain theory for the dynamic systems modeling, it rests primarily on the integration of a minimal set of knowledge on the domain for the good characterization of the networks state.
