Abstract
We revised the protocol of peri-stimulus time histograms and developed its statistical test. In this method a conditioning stimulus is triggered by previous activation of a motor unit and an interval to next activation was measured. The interval from a sham stimulus to next activation is also acquired as control samples, and the total number of samples in the control situation is 4 times as large as that in the conditioning situation. A statistical test is established by a probabilistic model.
