  • Abstract
Autonomous control of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) is a goal for the US Air Force in the future. However, flying multiple unmanned vehicles in the same tactical airspace with manned fighters or operating these vehicles in commercial airspace increases the likelihood of collisions. Therefore, the development of an automatic air collision avoidance system will be a required step in achieving this goal.
