Abstract :
We report our recent work about basic studies on crisis management systems for reliable communication/transportation network design and evacuation guidance of residents against largescale disasters. First, we survey recent developments in modeling of evacuation problem. Next, we describe our efficient algorithm for evacuation and transportation network design to optimally locate facilities of safety.
