Abstract :
We propose a modified complex lapped transform domain motion estimation (MCLT-ME) algorithm to estimate motion in video sequences. The proposed algorithm is based on phase correlation of the current window region and the corresponding window region, and provides a better performance in motion estimation than CLT-ME, full search and three-step search algorithms.
