Abstract :
Great efforts have been made worldwide to deal with the various issues on information processing, neural networks, and artificial intelligence in history. However, there have not been a systemic theory of knowledge existed in literate so far. The author of the paper realized that knowledge is the abstract products resulting from information processing on one hand and is the basis for intelligence creation on the other hand. Knowledge is the bridge channeling the information and intelligence and making the intelligence, either in man or machine, possible. An attempt is thus made in the paper to present a framework of knowledge theory and show the information, knowledge and intelligence a real trinity.
