Abstract :
Over the years, our journal has been honored by being placed among the top few in the field of electron devices. This honor is largely due to the dedicated involvement and contributions of the technical community—authors and reviewers alike—from academic, industrial, and government institutions worldwide. They have directly contributed to the contents of the IEEE Electron Device Letters, the quality of which gives the journal the prestige it enjoys today.
