Abstract
This paper describes a generalized electromagnetic model order reduction technique in order to construct macromodels of PCB interconnects in consideration of the detailed layout. This technique facilitates the handling of hybrid system equations consisting of electromagnetic systems and linear lumped networks. The accuracy of the proposed method is substantiated with some numerical examples.
