  • Abstract
    The problem of heat transfer in a transient regime and its importance in several industrial applications, notably forced convection ovens. In this article we discuss the role of thermal diffusivity in the homogenisation of the temperature in the walls of an oven, and present a modeling of a forced convection oven in 2D and 3D in permanent and transient regimes using the finite element method.
