Abstract :
A good dispatching system must contain two main components---reasonable dispatching algorithm and an effective real time dispatcher. MXIC FAB1 has successfully implemented a real time dispatching system consist of our MES (since 1998). We go to a further step, in this paper, to develop a whole new dispatching algorithm to improve competitiveness. After applying in FAB, we found that it comes out a good result of on time delivery and global utilization improvement.
