Abstract :
The WISE (WinSoft instrument system emulator) technology allows simple replacement of obsolete instruments, residing in an automated test or data acquisition system, without changes to the software and regardless of the programming language (e.g. ATLAS, HP-BASIC, assembly, etc.).
