Abstract :
In this paper, the time-delay fuzzy singularly perturbed model is proposed based on the Takagi-Sugeno form, the basic ε-dependent stability conditions are given. Then the H2 control problem is investigated in the form of ε-independent linear matrix inequalities. Finally, we show that the obtained controller solve also the corresponding problem for the time-delay fuzzy descriptor system.
