Abstract :
This paper addresses problems arising in discrete-time feedback loops with synchronization errors. The paper introduces a model that captures the effects of clock frequency drifts, with emphasis on the case where the two system clocks are close in frequency. An input/output approach based on Toeplitz matrix representations is employed.
