  • Abstract
    A B-SiO2 core waveguide with UV-induced Bragg grating on multicomponent crystallized glass substrate is fabricated. A temperature dependence of the Bragg wavelength as low as 4pm/K, which is 1/3 of a conventional device, is achieved.
