Abstract
Post-fabrication wavelength trimming by photoabsorption-induced disordering of a superlattice has been demonstrated for the first time in 1.55 μm three-channel gain-coupled distributed-feedback laser array. Its unequal channel spacing as fabricated has successfully been corrected to 100GHz (0.8 nm) equal spacing.
