Abstract :
TCP dataflow kinetic in the IP networks is discussed. Under the RED buffer overflow prevention occurs the determination of a priority for propagating flows in inverse RTT proportions for each of the TCP session. The joint propagation of the TCP and the UDP flows practically point to the parametric management of the TCP flows from the UDP side.
