  • Abstract
The description of the regular approach to studying properties of distortions of packet sequences in IP networks is submitted. The base parameters used at packet probing of telecommunication channels are discussed. The logic structure of the virtual instrument ANNET_MSU developed for studying of structure of noises in IP networks is described. Examples typical watched statistical and spectral characteristics of distortions of streams in global paths are resulted.
