  • Abstract
    The software package for photonic crystals based microwave and optical devices development has been created. The possibility of microwave devices analogues in nanotechnologies using PBG structures based on complex materials creation is proved and illustrated. The results of simulation, such as waveguides, diplexer and some antenna devices are presented. The method of discontinuity modeling in PBG-based waveguides is given.
