Abstract
The problem of transparency function synthesis in irregular 2D waveguide is solved. The transparency function is represented as a polynomial of the second degree. The field in a regular part of the waveguide is represented by series with arbitrary coefficients. One of these coefficients in the regular part of the waveguide is optimized.
