  • Abstract
    The dependences of the changes in the atomic and molecular structure of metals (Al, Cu, Pb) and polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) on the energy of millisecond laser pulses and on the thickness of a sample are investigated. The structural changes caused by laser irradiation of PMMA and metals were studied on the basis of X-ray diffractograms obtained with a DRON-2.0 general-purpose X-ray diffractometer.
