Abstract
This study was concerned with the formation of a relief on both the outer (partly melted and solidified) and inner (the damage zone) regions of crater on the surfaces of metals (In, Pb, Sn) irradiated by repeated relatively short smooth laser pulses with the average intensity of the radiation q ≈ 109 W cm-2.
