Abstract :
This study demonstrates the optical coherence tomography (OCT)/ laser induced fluorescence (LIF) system used to image and characterize tissue structures. These techniques may be used to follow disease progression and potentially provide the capability to monitor the effect of treatment and experimental therapies.
