Abstract :
Based on the advanced public transportation system (APTS), the public transit has changed fundamentally as compared with traditional public transit systems. The traditional evaluation architecture of public transit system should be improved aimed at the characteristics of APTS and cities in China. This paper classifies and defines APTS. And the evaluation architecture of APTS is presented. The result is of theoretical significance and has practical value to develop APTS in China.
