Abstract
There exists a vacancy in the research on the microcosmic modeling for mixed traffic in urban traffic systems. This paper presents a new united vector field microcosmic model based on the analysis of the characteristics of urban mixed traffic. And then it applies the united model to six different instances in mixed traffic. Computer simulation and regressive analysis show that the model can realize the traffic characteristics of motorized vehicle, non-motorized vehicle, pedestrian and the interference among them in a united and satisfactory way to a nicety.
