  • Abstract
Ground-holding is an important method to cater for the predicted capacity problem, its purpose is to low the cost of congestion in the air traffic flow management. A mathematics model of the single airport grounding-holding problem is presented in this paper, and the constraint matrix of the model is proved to be unimodular, which ensured some related method to linear programming could be used to solve this model. Finally, a simple numerical example is presented for verifying the feasibility of model.
