Abstract
In this paper, we propose a completely digitally controlled dc-dc converter based on PFM technique, obtained with a sigma-delta (/spl Sigma//spl Delta/) modulator. For the /spl Sigma//spl Delta/ modulator, a transfer function is proposed according to the new method. The results in terms of stability, in Matlab/Simulink/spl reg/ environment (MathWorks Inc.), show good agreement between the analysis and the simulation.
