Abstract
We demonstrate a 5 GHz analog heterodyne FM link with pre-emphasis having a noise figure of 20 dB and spurious free dynamic range (SFDR) of 100 dB-Hz23/, employing monolithically integrated balanced photodiode and wideband rectifier narrowband (WIRNA) receiver.
