  • Abstract
    In the industrial world, research in actuator that carries out a multi-dimension drive with simple structure motor is performed rapidly. In this paper, a new structure of the two-dimensional oscillatory actuator with the attractive force of driving source is proposed and designed. By comparison of a theoretical and measured value of flux density, static thrust and resonance characteristics, the realization of the two-dimensional oscillatory actuator and the validity of this design method are verified.
