Abstract :
This paper describes the injection and measurement system developed by Hydro-Quebec to determine the harmonic impedance characteristics of the network at high voltage (HV). Measurement results are given for different system configurations. The main steps and parameters that need to be considered for a comparison with simulation results are also discussed in view of validating the simulation models.
