  • Abstract
    In this paper, the concepts and characteristics of complex system, such as nonlinearity, gray, chaos and fuzzy, are given. The principle and method to deal with the characters are discussed. According to the theory of meta-synthesis from qualitation to qualitation and Wuli-Shili-Renli (WSR) methodology, the evaluating model of MDFGF for complex system projects is presented. The steps of the evaluation are provided.
