Abstract
Representing state of organization is the basic work, on which organizational behavior and process can be well characterized, and the measure of performance for organization is the premise for organization optimal designing and adapting. The purpose of this paper is two-fold. First, a metal-matrices integrated individual state (MMIS) approach is advanced to represent state of an organization; second, a multi-phase based mission execution (MPME) approach, which is based on MMIS, is employed to measure the performance for organization to complete its mission partitioned as multi-phases.
