Abstract :
A method based on fuzzy timing high-level Petri net (FTHN) and workflow technology to model and analyze CSCW (computer supported collaborative works) is presented. Firstly, after introduction of FTHN, how to describe fuzzy timing interdependencies between events of collaboration activities by using FTHN and workflow technology is given. Secondly a set of reference rules and judgment criteria is proposed in order to manage the fuzzy temporal information and verify the temporal logic, especially for the quantitative analysis of CSCW performance. Lastly an example for using this method is illustrated.
