Abstract :
Oblique scattering by dielectric and conducting cylinders is investigated using a combination of an iterative scattering procedure and the orthogonal expansion method. Numerical examples for different configurations of dielectric as well as dielectric and conducting posts are presented and reflection coefficients for TM and TE polarization are defined.
