Abstract
The present paper describes a powerful method for an accurate design of microwave comb filters. The proposed method is a particular implementation of the space-mapping technique, where both circuit modeling and numerical electromagnetic simulation are suitably combined in order to reduce the overall computation time without affecting the accuracy. As an example, the application of the method to the design of combline filters is shown.
