Abstract
The method of moments can significantly be accelerated by using wavelets as basis and testing functions, This paper deals with a novel wavelet-Galerkin scheme on hybrid grids. These basis functions take advantage of the wavelet properties when simulating non-rectangular structures. This contribution is a first step towards the application of dedicated wavelets to the analysis of arbitrarily shaped structures.
