Abstract :
This paper describes a quick measurement method of relative permittivity suitable for a series of similar resonators with complicated geometry. The resonators differ one from another by one or several geometrical dimensions, The resonance frequency of TE01δ mode of a resonator placed in cylindrical closed cavity is used to calculate εr, The corrections due to differences in geometrical dimensions are computed by a proposed procedure. Experimental results shows that the error of relative permittivity determination can be less than 0.25 % for simple resonator geometry and less than 0.7% for resonators with more complicated geometry.
