Abstract :
In this paper, we propose a new distributed QoS routing algorithm - LMLAR (local multicast location-aided routing) algorithm. The key idea of the proposed algorithm is to utilize the local multicast mechanism and the location information to select the route The simulation shows that the LMLAR algorithm can acquire the higher routing success ratio and the lower message complexity. The LMLAR algorithm is feasible to highly dynamic environments in the ad hoc network.
