Abstract
This article discusses the session made to share the first few chapters of the Olin story in a way that is both interesting and useful for educators from other institutions. Olin is currently developing and implementing an innovative curriculum that combines best practices from many other institutions with new, pedagogically sound ideas and approaches. In this session, the authors shared their life at Olin including what they are doing, what is working, and the challenges they are facing. They offered suggestions of potentially transferable curricular, co-curricular, and student life components that may benefit other institutions.
